Frequently Asked Questions
To submit a support ticket, navigate to the "Submit Ticket" section, fill out all required fields including your email, issue title, category, and detailed description, then click "Submit Ticket".
Go to the "Check Status" section and enter your ticket ID. You'll see the ticket status and details.
Include as much detail as possible: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, any error messages, your operating system, and steps to reproduce the issue.
Our team typically responds within 2 hours during business hours. Critical issues are prioritized and may receive faster responses.
Currently, you cannot directly update tickets through this portal. If you need to add information, please submit a new ticket referencing your original ticket ID.
